Product Description
The pipe is cut to length, and a groove is rolled or cut near each end.The lubricated gasket is placed around the two pipe ends at the junction.The two metal housing segments are placed over the gasket.The bolts are inserted and tightened with a socket wrench or impact tool. As the bolts are tightened, the housing segments are drawn into the pipe grooves, compressing the gasket and creating a rigid, leak-tight connection.
